Employed Consultant Model Overview
After successfully passing the assessment and recruitment process, our Pioneers are enrolled on an intense four-week training programme specific to the chosen career path within Digital, Data & Technology. Once complete, our Pioneers are deployed to our clients and engrained into their team. Fully supported by an appointed engagement manager, our Pioneers have a single point of contact for any support required and oversee their ongoing training plan
